Denplan Essentials
With Denplan Essentials you have an easy way to budget for the costs of monitoring your dental health. Affordable monthly payments entitle you to routine examinations, X-rays and hygiene treatments as specified in your contract. Any additional treatments will be paid for by you at private fee rates discounted by 15%. It also includes Supplementary Insurance and Denplan Insurance Services.
Denplan Essentials offers you:

- Intraoral X-rays
- 2 Hygienist appointments (where required)
- 15% discount on private fees
Emergency Care whenever & where ever you need it
All patients registered with Denplan Essentials are covered by our 24 hour emergency service.
Also you will have Dental Insurance which will cover you for dental accident and help pay for any hospital treatment incurred.
You also will be supplied with an emergency help line number which you can use at home or abroad. All you have to do is contact the helpline and they will put you in touch with the nearest Dentist and pay for any emergency treatment you require.
Family & Group discounts
If there are two of you wishing to join Denplan Essentials, we can offer you a 5% discount on your combined monthly payments. If there are three members registered, then you will receive a reduction of 10%.
Denplan enhance
Denplan Enhance interest free loan allows patients to spread the cost of high value private treatments provided by your practice.
Many people lack confidence about the appearance of their mouth and teeth - but many don’t do anything about it, either because they don’t know what treatment is available to help them, or they assume such treatments are out of their reach financially.
Denplan Enhance will help change all that.
- Patients will be able to benefit from the full range of private treatments and new techniques (including cosmetic) available at your practice whilst spreading their payments over time with an interest-free loan.
- Denplan Enhance can be offered to any eligible patient, subject to a credit check. There is no need to be a Denplan patient to benefit from Denplan Enhance.
- As interest-free credit can be a more attractive and affordable source of finance for treatment than bank loans or credit cards, patients can take advantage of treatments that they may not otherwise consider.
- The interest-free loan can be set up immediately, in-practice, following a simple proof of identity and a phone call to Denplan from a practice team member.
- Patients will not need to supply any financially sensitive information, such as salary details, during the credit application process. Proof of identity will be required, such as a bank card, driving licence or utility bill.
- Confirmation and repayment of your patient’s Denplan Enhance loan is straightforward. Denplan will fax your practice the authorised loan agreement immediately.
- The agreed monthly repayments will be collected by Direct Debit, by Clydesdale Financial Services Ltd.
- If patients are advised to undergo consecutive courses of private treatment, Denplan Enhance offers them the flexibility to apply for a loan for each course of treatment. Each credit application will follow the same procedure and credit check as before.
